The space is 5000 square feet, modern facility with 2 handicap accessible bathrooms and large parking area. The space comes with a entry room that can be used for cocktail hour with a bar area and lounge couches for guests to relax. The reception area seats up to 100 individuals; with 16 round tables and 100 clear Chiavari chairs are provided. The kitchen has an open concept for cooking and heating food with a separate entrance for deliveries.
Venue Space is $650 ($150 refunded if no damages, cleaned and ends on time), 8 hours for set up, clean up and event. Event must end by midnight.

1. All tables are to be wiped down,
2. All chairs are to be wiped down, and stacked against the wall.
3. Pick up all visible trash off of the floor and sweeping; the mopping of the hall will be the responsibility of Crystal’s Events.
4. All trash is to be taken to the dumpsters outside, including trash in the restrooms and kitchen.
5. Restrooms are to be checked for anything that is beyond normal use (i.e. toilets clogged due to intentional damage such as full rolls of toilet paper or paper towels thrown in them). Any damage or vandalism that is beyond normal use and not cleaned up will forfeit the cleaning deposit. Full cleaning will be the responsibility of Crystal’s Events.
6. Wipe down all surfaces in the kitchen (i.e. stove, counters, sink).
7. Clean all dishes and utensils.
FAILURE TO CLEAN-UP OR DAMAGES TO BUILDING WILL FORFEIT THE FEE.
